1st Time Users Customers can use any type of bag, merchant/vendor will transfer your clothes into Club Landry bag(s) for FREE. Returning Customers Please order new bags in advance that meets your size needs for your laundry load, if bag supplies are required, order here. Otherwise, charge for new bags will be applied to your order.

Yes! We offer next-day delivery for wash & fold laundry orders for an additional fee. In your app, you first have the option to select which laundry services you need. The options here are 1) wash & fold laundry service and 2) dry cleaning service, or 3) both. If you only need wash & fold laundry service, you’re eligible for next-day laundry delivery. Not into that? Two-day service is still available at the same price and the same scheduling availability. Need to get your delivery sooner? We can approve special requests... just ask!

You can choose to leave your laundry in a secure location such as your front or back porch. Please note that laundry left out unattended is at your own risk.

Campus & Lockers You can track the progress of your orders in the Club Laundry App. For active orders, tap the orders icon in the app to see your order status and estimated delivery date. For completed orders, navigate to Orders > Order History. Stores You can use the Club Laundry app to track the progress of your orders by tapping My Orders on the app home screen. Alternatively, you can always contact the team at your local store to request an update on the status of your orders.

Campus & Lockers How do I pay? That card saved to your Club Laundry account will be charged for all subscriptions and orders. When will I be charged? Wash & fold plans are charged when signing up for a new plan. The balance due for all dry-cleaning orders and wash & fold overages is charged to the credit card saved to your account at the end of each month. How do I update my payment information? You can update your payment information in the Club Laundry app by navigating to Settings (⚙) > Account Settings > Wallet. Stores When will I be charged? Wash & fold services are charged when signing up for a new service.

Residential With your first order, you will be provided one standard size wash and fold bag. Additionally, you can request one of our new Delicates Bags for your delicate laundry or a Dry Cleaning bag to easily separate your dry cleaning. Please note that any items that you wish to be returned on hangers should be included in the dry cleaning bag. These garments will be priced individually. Learn more about our laundry bags here. Campus Drop-spot & Lockers Delivery If you drop off and pick up your orders from a designated drop-spot or on-campus lockers, drop off your first order in a disposable bag that displays your full name, email address, phone number, and service location. We will return your order in a Club Laundry bag that will be linked to your account and can be used for your future order. Be sure to schedule your order pickup in the Club Laundry app after dropping your order off. Truck Service Stop by a Club Laundry truck at any time to retrieve your Club Laundry bags. Bring along your laundry in a disposable bag to get started with your first order right away. Lockers Drop off your first order in a disposable bag that displays your full name, email address, phone number, and service location. We will return your order in a Club Laundry bag that will be linked to your account and can be used for your future order. Dry cleaning is the process of cleaning without the use of water. Instead, a liquid solvent is used to gently clean your garments.

It’s important to know who is doing your laundry! Your clothes are being picked up by vetted drivers and clothes cleaned, folded and secured by professional service providers. No one is washign your clothes in their personal home, only certified laundromats/dry cleaners which are listed in the Club Laundry app.

When you place an order, you select a pickup and dropoff time. You can place an order up to three (3) hours before the pickup time. We recommend placing your order the night before, so you have time to bag the laundry and have it ready for pickup.

Club Laundry is an on-demand laundry/Dry Cleaning service. We help busy residents and businesses by picking up their dirty laundry and delivering it clean and folded within 24-48 hours.
